Leadership Development

Coffee Break is a discipleship program, growing disciples through relational ministry that connects women to the Word of God through small group inductive Bible Study.  As women grow through their engagement of the Word, many leaders begin to develop within the ministry.  Relational discipleship is the context for natural leadership development.  New leaders for groups typically emerge, as they are mentored and encouraged by their leaders.  Coffee Break provides a great context for leaders to grow and develop.

Coffee Break Leaders Training
